I got the model holder from Great Lakes Ortho Supply (GreatLakesOrtho.com) the one I like the best is Item#: 175-106(this is best for trimmed models) the other one in the video is Item#: 175-013 (best for untrimmed models)
I use Acrylic from JBC and company. Priscilla, the owner, was a lab owner for 35 years and formulated her own colors and acrylic which are some of the best I've used. It was also the first FDA approved Ortho acrylic. She has like 80+ colors to choose from!
