Just kidding, I had fun making this.
It has extra padding in the posterior for all those uppercuts!
I started with 3mm green mouthguard material, I cut out the posterior and placed it back on the model
The did another suck down over the model with the posterior cut outs (pads) in place on the model with 2mm green mouthguard material.
Then I placed the name which I made using a p-touch labeler made on clear background label tape.
Then did a 1mm clear mouth guard material over all that.
Oh yeah, I use a paint striping gun (souped up hair dryer) to heat the mouthguard material that was on the model while I was heating the other material in the Biostar. This helps stick the different layers of mouthguard material together.
